They have a simple design that doesn't require any instruction. To use them, you just pull the end through the loop and cinch tight. The grippy teeth keep the tie secured and prevent it from unwrapping.
They work great for cable management.
When you want to unwrap the tie, just pull on the loop and slide the tie back out.
