Yahoo. Inc. has announced that Jerry Yang has stepped down from its Board of Directors as well as the remaining portfolios that Yang held with the company from today onwards. Apart from that, Yang also resigned from the Boards of Yahoo Japan Corporation and Alibaba Group Holding Limited, also effective from today onwards. Yang wrote a letter to the Yahoo! Board Chairman Roy Bostock, where he stated, “My time at Yahoo!, from its founding to the present, has encompassed some of the most exciting and rewarding experiences of my life.
