Motorola had been contacting members of their Feedback Network looking to test a new “project” for the XOOM tablet. Over the weekend that “project” began reaching users and it is none other than Android 4.0.3. The rollout of a test build is great news, and provided things go smoothly the general public could be seeing Ice Cream Sandwich on the world's first Honeycomb tablet soon enough. For those too impatient to wait, a copy of the official update has been made available by a member over at XDA. The ROM is available to those running a stock build on the XOOM without root.
