No TD-SCDMA Windows Phones until Apollo? China Mobile wants deeper UI customization on WP8

Well, this is interesting. Although China Mobile will launch Nokia-made Windows Phones in the near future, they may not have TD-SCDMA connectivity on board. That's pretty important, because TD-SCDMA is China Mobile's particular (and unique) flavor of 3G. The first Windows Phones to support TD-SCDMA will only arrive at the end of this year, and they'll run Windows Phone 8 (so far codenamed Apollo), the next ‘big' release of Microsoft's mobile operating system.
