Skype has released an update to their iPad app that has been tuned to the Retina display. This mainly means that the many icons are now available in high-definition, and that the user-interface (UI) is clean and sharp. Overall, the experience remains very similar to what iPad 2 users have been getting, except for the notable difference in terms of rear-camera quality as the new iPad has a much better camera when compared to the iPad 2. It's really night and day, especially in low-light situation (for more information, read our new iPad review). If you have the old version, a simple update will download this one.
