There's been a lot of talk these days about a Surface Mini tablet from Microsoft. The company recently unveiled its next generation Surface tablets but did not mention a toned down version at all, so at this point in time it can't be said for sure if Redmond really does intend to releasing a “mini” variant of its tablet. The latest rumor suggests that the tablet has been delayed until Spring 2014 as it will come with a Windows 8.1 update, called “Spring 2014 GDR,” pre-installed.
